Refund policy

Please read this policy before placing your order.


ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of limited drops + pre-orders, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • wrong size chosen

  • buyer’s remorse

  • changing your mind

  • delays within the 2–4 week pre-order timeframe

  • shipping delays caused by the carrier


PRE-ORDERS (2–4 WEEKS)

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to wait 2–4 weeks for your order to ship.

This timeline includes:

  • production

  • quality checks

  • packaging + fulfillment

Pre-order purchases are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed.


DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM

We will fix it if we made the mistake.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To get help, email us with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the issue

  • photos of the packaging (if needed)

If approved, we will offer one of the following:
✅ replacement
✅ store credit
✅ refund (only if replacement is not possible)


LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If this happens:

  • check your mailbox/mailroom/front desk

  • ask neighbors

  • contact the carrier

We’ll still help you with info if needed, but we cannot guarantee a replacement.


WRONG ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • you will be responsible for the reshipping cost


CHARGEBACKS

Please contact us first if there’s an issue.
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with order + tracking proof.
