Welcome to CARELESS (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you don’t agree, please do not use the site.
1. GENERAL
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to future orders.
You agree not to use our website for anything illegal, fraudulent, or abusive.
2. ORDERS + ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
We may cancel or refuse an order at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):

suspected fraud

incorrect pricing

inventory/production issues

incorrect address or payment issues
If your order is canceled, you’ll be refunded.
3. PRE-ORDERS
Most of our drops are pre-orders.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree:

Pre-orders take 2–4 weeks to ship

This timeframe includes production + quality control + fulfillment

Pre-orders may ship earlier, but 2–4 weeks is the standard timeline

Delays can happen (we always try to avoid them)
4. PRICES + PRODUCT INFO
All prices are shown in [USD] unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
We do our best to display product colors and photos accurately, but lighting and screens may cause slight differences.
5. SHIPPING
Shipping timelines are estimates and can be affected by:

carrier delays

weather
-
holidays
-
customs (international orders)
Once your package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
6. TRACKING
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after a label is created.
7. ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for replacement or refund.
8. RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All sales are final unless stated otherwise.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

wrong size selected

buyer’s remorse

delays related to pre-order timelines
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help.
9. CHARGEBACKS / FRAUD
We do not tolerate fraudulent chargebacks.
If you file a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

ban future purchases

dispute the chargeback with proof of order fulfillment and tracking
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including:

-
product designs
-
graphics
-
photos
-
written content
belongs to CARELESS and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any indirect damages related to:

delays
-
lost profits
-
shipping issues outside of our control
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
